After just two 15 minute calls to Art's, I could tell just how passionate Meg and Sarah were about photography. Their patience and helpfulness made me feel like I was chatting to a friend or family member. My anxiety about asking dumb, amateurish questions was washed away with every helpful answer or piece of advice Sarah/Meg provided. Their expertise and confidence in recommending different camera options put me at ease as well. Knowledgeable, reliable, fast, I’ve come here on emergency wedding days and gotten then help I’ve needed quickly and without fail. Reliable film processing with quick turn around. Staff is generally friendly and kind, pretty good at assisting multiple customers at once or at least acknowledging when you enter the store and need help. I couldn’t ask for a better local camera store to rely on when upgrading or needing help with important shoots. I wish they had 8am store hours and earlier Sunday hours (but I completely understand why they don’t) 5/5 great people I’m not a bot just a happy customer
I have Had my photo projects printed at Art’s for over ten years now and am incredibly pleased with the results. My work is highly detailed and my requests involved; Becky and the lab do an amazing job making sure I get the results I need. I could not ask for better service and results.
Jacob, from Art’s plus was so very helpful. Was not pushy as far transition to a mirrorless camera.but too the time to explain the differences not one way or the other. Did end up buying the mirrorless camera.Bought the R100 2 lens kit. Highly recommend him.

This place sucks—I brought in my Canon camera in tip-top condition for selling here, simply because I no longer use it and thought I could do something better with the money (college student) and walked out in disbelief. I was offered $10 for my camera with all its equipment just because it is an older model (2016). I could list it for hundreds on eBay. I just can't tell if this is the norm or I look too naive and in urgent need of 10 bucks.
Don't bother with this place if you're looking to sell. Good luck.
Friendly service, but my film sat developed for over a week before it was scanned, and as such, the scans contain a great deal of dust and debris. For the price, I would expect a much quicker turn around and at the very least, that my negatives to be cleaned before scanning when they sit for that long.
